DAY 10

July18,2014 Last day of presentations ....but tomorrow we still have SIG! Liva started with “ICT and schools –the organizational culture perspective”. She made a very interesting presentation . “Recent advances in the assessment and intervention in mental health by the use of technology” was the topic explore by Carmen. Ingura show us a presentation very dynamic with interesting games Kart and her storys was very interesting. .“ Educational uses of digital Storytelling” now I can use a lot of tool in my classroom . Ema and Brigita talked about “ Dyslexia-can m-learning help? Using vignette to ease the sharing of experience for people with dyslexia” They show us one app that we can use in mobile device and helps students with dyslexia. About this 15 days of IP, I must send a post to Thomas…He say “there is no e-learning” but today, I believe there is psst-learning. So…Thank you Thomas for this amazing IP. I learn a lot and I leave Austria/ Linz very happy with my baggage full of friends, knowledge and digital competences

DAY 9

July 17 , 2014 I want to congratulate wall because last night was very nice. We dance, play and tasted a lot of stuff. Today we started with Petra. Her presentation was about “The use of E-Learning-tools in international cooperation between courses in higher education at universities” We made groups to discuss about the next topics: Course organization; Virtual Introduction, Social exchange, Professional and Media Literacy; Design of Learning Environments. Our topic group was: Social Exchange and we had to answers why is important and if we need to install some software to do it? The next show our thoughts: Next Wilke bring us a interesting topic: Politic Education. I never thought about it. And he explain how we can teach politic questions with a digital game : The political Village 2.0. Jennifer explains “the changes and limits of the interactive Whiteboard in the classroom.” With her presentation show us some possibilities to use the whiteboard in classroom. In my class I use the whiteboard and I like because it is a tool very practical and Color tool makes the most stimulating contents. Marie Cristine sows how to use teacher tool to have “More transparence “in the evaluation process of students. Finally Toby explain a new concept “Gamification” : is the use of game thinking and game mechanics in non-game contexts to make students more motived.

DAY 8

July 16, 2014 Kaspar with is presentation about “Teaching Data Base for Teachers Using e-gradebook” show us the MyKoob . This is a school management system. In Portugal , the teachers have similar system. It calls INOVAR. But only works for teachers write student evaluations, schedule meetings, calling parents to school. The students can`t acess. After, Daiga came and put us thinking about what is “Learning to learn”. This is a sentences may be present every day in the life of the teacher, because nowadays education is no longer focused on the teacher and went on to be student-centered. So learning by lean may be present every day in the life of the teacher, because nowadays education is no longer focused on the teacher and went on to be student-centered. Learning to learn, before any objective, goal, or program curriculum, the teacher have plan their lesson and think first of a methodology that will enable their students develop skills and learning to learn. Ausma showed many clues to make a good presentation. I liked because sometime we need think and recycle our models of presentations. Devientar is a platform were artist can expo their work and participate in a community that accepts easily its own expression and uncritical . Today, with is enthusiastic presentation, Jãnis awake up that the artist was in me. “Web based tools form modern schools” was the tittle Edgars presentation. He give us some tools to transformer our class and way of teaching and become a “modernus teacher”.

DAY 7

July 15, 2014 Today we started with Martin and his ideas about “web 2.0 technologies in beyond in higher education”. He mentioned about a lot of aspects: microbloggin, nfc in education, e-portfolios…And he put us thinking about how became the learning future. Personal , open and mobile are the three characteristics of learning in the future. After that we organized groups to reflect about the subjects Martin talks. My group thinks about advantages and disadvantages of NCF(Near Field Communication)….I must share with you I stayed very interesting about this field, more specific how can we use NFC in education/classroom? I made a little search and find this: http://www.near-field-communication.us/nfc-classroom.html Carlos explained and showed how we can build and program a robot with our students in a classroom. Next, Gloria, who is teacher in my Open University, explained how the university became an institute specialized in online teaching / learning. She concluded her presentation by stating that "Online education must have a pedagogical model”.

DAY 6

July 14 , 2014 We starded with Sabina…She talk about “Assiste tecnologies for children with dyslexia” and show us devices to use and helps children with dislexia. Next started the portuguese presentation….
With Cristina, I learn , I must pay attention when I download some resources. They must have creative comics. Berta show us her experiences with her students in classroom at b-learning environment. At least, we dance: 1…2….3…4…5……7…8. and did steps with Bela and after watch our mistakes in our tablet .

DAY 5

July 12,2014 A week has pass and this IP has been amazing for me. I`m very happy to be here and participate in this experience. Japanese mangas, Mind Maps, games in the learning environment programs, ideas to work with students with intellectual disabilities and Mobile Learning were several issues that we talk and reflect this week. Furthermore theme nights (Romania, Slovenia, Estonia, Germany) allowed know cultural aspects and natural charms. Also, I can`t forget the SIG! Today we were working in our theme: Tablets in schools. I am very excited to hear the next presentations! Have a sun Sunday and see you at Monday!

DAY 4

Today is Friday and we started with “Mobile Learning” But first we discuss about what is learning for us? Here is our ideas and keywords about it:
After that I learn to much because I didn`t nothing about QR-code and NFC. It was very interesting. Also learn the meaning of some words : orchestration
I must start running to catch this exponencial evolution in digital world! So today my brain is like this:
Now I have organize it! Maybe a need some vacation to reflect! After break, Niklas came whit is presentation about “Mooc`s : Basic Ideas and Challenges”. I like it very must because I didn`t know and I didn`t listen about Mooc`s so was very interesting. We discuss about the advantages and disadvantages of course. The first presentation of the evening was about “Design and production of interative and is advantages. Finaly Gregor explain what is Microlearning. Amazing…. learning by my phone with simple cards.

DAY 3

July 10, 2014 Especial Kids with especial needs Today started with Catrinel. She talk about “ Techonology assisted inclusive education students with intelectual Disabilities”. Was very interesting because give us opportunities to think about how to do when child with disabilitites is in our classrooms. In Portugal , particular in elementary school,this children are in our classrooms all the time. Teachers have suport and work with teacher special education. They plan together and adapting curriculum. But is regular teacher who make de worksheets , prepares the lesson e teaches the child. Next came Andreea with “Assiste Tecnhologies for children with dysgraphia” . She show us software to use in our classroom with children with dysgraphia. At the time I had only one student with dysgraphia in my classroom. At the time, there was not tablets and I used wet sand to writing skills practice. It`s amazing what technology can help in. Annamaria bring us an interesting exercice: we try spell a sentence without using the voice and showed some apps for deaf that we can use in our classroom. The first presentation of the evening was about “ Inclusive University for visual impairments students: support centres” . I enjoyed listening to Lavinia and was very enlightening. The last presentation of the day was about “ The role of technology in Enhancement of quality of life for persons with motor disabilities” I enjoyed listening to Alina and was very enlightening. This last presentation make me think more about this theme.

DAY 2

July 9, 2014 The second day began with special session presented by Thomas about Digital Communication. After small group work around has generated a little discussion that led us to consider the issues of communication in the age of technology. Next, we watch Anna Krekeler, who talk about "Challenges and opportunities of web 2.0 supported, concept based civic education”. It was interesting because tried to show the applicability of the use of media in the construction of concepts related to civic education. Also highlighted the advantages of working these concepts by building an e-portofolio The second part of the day began with presentation of Tim and Niklas about tablets in Education. It was very interesting and constructive their presentation. They promoted an interesting discussion about why one should use the tables in school and why do not should use.
I liked a lot because was a very dynamic.

Day 1

July 8, 2014 Today was the first day of presentations. The day started with a fantastic presentation of Peter who shared, with us, his preference for comics, specifically the Manga. I enjoyed listening him because I never heard about this type of comics. I was very enlightened and curious to understand more about its application in education. Nina spoke about Multimedia and Internet: a good way of education. I liked because made some pertinent issues that led us to think more on the disadvantages of excessive use of technology in the classroom and on the role that the teacher must have in class nowadays. Hana with your presentation Mind Map showed us a good tool for structuring knowledge learned in class. I think the Mind Maps can be applied as a way to study. As a teacher of the 1st cycle will use the mind map to teach / help students study learned content. Denisa showed us a set of tools that we can get for free on the internet and apply them in the classroom in various disciplines, making them more appealing and practical. Finally Marlene with virtual world `s impact on learning behavior showed us a practical way how the game can be a good way to develop the skills to work in groups. I want to congratulate all those who submitted their work. My mind map...
